Blog

The Blog section displays your store's articles on the blog template. Use it to control layout, featured images, and how posts appear in the list.

Where to find this

Themes → Customize → Blog

This section is included on the blog template by default. You can still review its settings in the editor on that template.

Select Blog in the left panel or click it in the preview. Settings for the section appear on the right.

Blog layout

Layout

Choose how article cards are arranged on the blog page. Default: Grid

Usage

  • Grid — cards in a responsive multi-column layout.
  • List — one article per row for a editorial feel.

Where it shows on the storefront

  • Changes how products or content are arranged (for example grid or slider).

Columns on desktop

Sets how many article cards appear per row on desktop when layout is Grid. Default: 3

Usage

  • 2 columns
  • 3 columns
  • 4 columns
  • Available only when Layout is set to Grid.

Show blog tag filter

Shows a tag filter above the article list so customers can browse by topic. Default: Off

Usage

  • Turn on when your blog uses tags to group fragrance tips, launches, or guides.
  • Turn off for a simpler blog header without filters.

Article cards

Image ratio

Auto shows the full image. Fixed ratios may crop. Default: ratio_4_3

Image corner radius

Uses the global border radius presets. Default: radius_4

Article content

Articles per page

Sets how many articles load on each blog page before pagination. Default: 6 · Range 2–24

Usage

  • Use fewer articles per page for a more editorial, spacious layout.
  • Increase the count when you publish frequently and want fewer page clicks.

Show published date

Shows the publish date on each article card. Default: On

Usage

  • Turn on to highlight when each post went live.
  • Turn off for a cleaner card without dates.

Show blog comment count

Show blog comment count. Default: Off

Show author name

Show author name. Default: Off

    Adds empty space above and below this section on desktop and mobile.

    Usage

    • Top padding (desktop) — Default: 40 px · 0–100 px

    • Top padding (mobile) — Default: 40 px · 0–100 px
    • Bottom padding (mobile) — Default: 40 px · 0–100 px
